Data collection and your privacy
The privacy of your data is a top priority for us. When we communicate with client companies we receive data that relates to individuals. This is considered personal data. Whether the data you provide us with is commercially sensitive information or personal data, we ensure it’s kept safe. Anglo Corporate takes practical measures to minimise risks of data loss and complies fully with all data protection regulations in force in the UK.

We never share your personal (or non-personal) data with third parties (unless required to complete a contract that you have asked us to perform).
How do we store your data?
We store your data on secure servers provided by Microsoft. Data in files that clients have provided and told us are highly confidential or sensitive are stored separately in a secure vault, also on Microsoft servers.
Our policy is to store data relating to all commercial transactions for a period of seven years (an equivalent period to the time we are required to store commercial records for tax purposes).
All data is password protected and held securely on Microsoft servers, although local copies may be held on password-protected hard drives.
During storage, only members of our team can process the data; and we do not share it with anyone else or use it for marketing purposes.
When the data is no longer relevant for tax purposes, it is securely and permanently deleted.
Your data rights
