Terms and conditions

Our terms and conditions will be included in any quotation we send you along with any special terms and conditions that relate to your particular project. As a general guide:

• All prices include up to two cycles of revision to text.

• We can start work once you have accepted a quotation by email or by returning a signed copy of the quotation.

• We assume that you will have reasonable availability to communicate with us during a project.

• Payment terms are by bank transfer to a Euro/Sterling account within sixty days of receipt of an invoice for project work.

• Failure to pay within sixty days of receipt of invoice will result in two formal reminders at weekly intervals. After this, we engage a retained, Europe-wide legal service to recover any payment due through direct contact or via the relevant court or tribunal.
